In 1957 the Alexander family worked with Los Angeles architect William Krisel, AIA, to create the first truly modern neighborhood in Palm Springs. Now popularly known as Twin Palms, each house was beautifully detailed and had a unique, custom look. This particular home features the famous extended butterfly roof, which was one of the most daring and dramatic.
